Do I have to place a minimum order?
No, order as much or as little as you want, however our minimum shipping fee is $6.95.
How do I pay for my orders?
Prepay. We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We accept personal checks with a 10 day waiting period for the checks to clear.
Do you insure orders?
All shipments are insured for full value for maximum protection for us and you.
What are your shipping times and where do you ship?
Normal shipping takes 24-48 hours to process and 5-10 days for delivery, 7-12 days during peak seasons. We ship to the U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Items are shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous states. For Hawaii and Alaska we ship priority mail. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping quote. - Orders shipping to the West Coast ground arrive within 1-3 days.
- Orders shipping to the Midwest ground arrive within 3-7 days.
- Orders shipping to the East Coast ground arrive within 7-10 days.

Can you send orders over night?
No, we do not send orders over night. We do however offer a 3-day rush delivery for time sensitive orders.
